![]() If you want the deep warm shine and extra protection a wax provides, then put a coat of wax on top of the Rejex. If you like the shine Rejex gives you, then you are done. It leaves the same very slick surface feel and makes it very easy to remove the bugs and grime after a ride. Subsequent coats always go fast anyway because the surface you are applying them to are clean and smooth. Wiping it off was much easier.no rubbing required and no white deposits in cracks or seams on my Goldwing motorcycle. Application was very easy.just like liquid car wax but its thinner and easier to apply. I like to put at least two coats of whatever last step proucet I use because at the very least you are making sure you get good coverage and not missing a spot. I bought Rejex based on reviews and its turned out to be exceptional so far. You can follow up with additional layers of Rejex if you want. Once you have a clean surface with nothing on it, then apply the Rejex. I saw a real difference in the areas that were applied with RejeX when I compared it to a bare area. Dawn dishwashing liquid is good at removing wax. The best way to use Rejex is to thoroughly clean the surface to remove all of the old wax. ![]() That would give you the best of both worlds. RejeX can be applied in multiple coats allowing at least 4 hours curing time between coats for greater depth of gloss and extended longevity. ![]() But you can apply a wax that has UV protection on top of Rejex. You can't apply Rejex over a wax because it won't bond to it. Sealants are generally more durable than wax, but don't have the warm deep shine that wax does.
